i'm mary!
i'm twenty. i live in upstate, new york, and despite the fact that everyone around me hates it here, i've grown to love it. i live in a beautiful apartment in my favorite part of the city with my favorite person in the city and my two cats.
my life is heading in the direction i want it to and i'm grateful to have what i have and i wouldn't (and couldn't) ask for more.

i am completely neurotic, and i could make a list of all my idiosyncrasies, but instead, i'll let you figure them out as you read my journal. i have no inhibitions, which means i've got a pretty open-mind.
however, if you lack a sense of humor or can't detect/respond to sarcasm, chances are, we probably won't get along.

i do, however, have quite a few obsessions: board games, cats, cooking, design, fandoms, html/css, movies, pop culture, reading, science, sewing, taboos, trivia, television, and video games are just a few of 'em!
